Thanks to all those who attended Project Propeller and Armed Forces Day hosted by the Jet Age museum on the 23rd and 24th June. Those involved helped the day run smoothly, making the day even more memorable for our veterans. Below we have received an email from one of the event organisers, Harry Burgoyne.

I had many comments from our guests about them and Air Chief Marshal Sir John Cheshire and Flt Sgt John Galloway both commented on how the cadet guard of honour contributed hugely to the spectacle of the medal presentation. Please pass on my personal thanks, and the thanks of all at Project Propeller, to everyone concerned,and congratulate them for a job “very well done”.  They are a credit to their units and to the Air Cadet organisation.
